Delete your OmniSchema account
Applies to the OmniSchema website and the OmniSchema Android app, provided by Soraflex Technologies Ltd.
If someone at your company manages OmniSchema
Ask a person with access to the Governance workspace to remove you: Governance → Team members → Delete. Your sign-in is removed straight away.
Ask us to delete it
- Email privacy@omnischema.app from the email address you sign in with.
- Say whether you want just your own account deleted, or your whole company's workspace (only a company owner can ask for that).
- We may reply to confirm it's really you before deleting anything.
We complete requests within one month and email you when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account: your name, email address, password, two-factor settings and sign-in sessions.
- A whole company workspace (owner request): all apps, pages, lists, rows, uploaded files and messages in that workspace.
What we keep, and for how long
- Work you did inside a company workspace (for example jobs you created or messages you sent) belongs to that company and stays in its workspace unless the company's workspace is deleted.
- Invoices and payment records: kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
- Security logs (sign-in times and IP addresses): kept only as long as needed to investigate misuse, as described in our Privacy notice.
